Return Policy

When you buy a product from madeinsouthdakota.com, you are contracting with the Made In South Dakota vendors that produce and sell that product. Made in South Dakota believes that each of these vendors operates in good faith, but Made In South Dakota cannot guarantee either the products or services of these vendors. Even though you will need to contact your vendor directly for either a return or a refund, we do appreciate your feedback about Made In South Dakota vendors.

Returns

If you receive the wrong product or if the product is damaged when you receive it, please contact the vendor via e-mail. You should be able to reach an amicable agreement with one another. If necessary, you can return your product to the vendor for a refund. Please do not attempt to return your products to Made In South Dakota.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your product to the vendor in the same condition you received it, and the return must be postmarked within one week of receipt. Shipping and handling charges for returning the product are the responsibility of the buyer (you).

Refunds

Vendors can offer full or partial refunds for buyers, including shipping costs.

When you purchase a product on Made In South Dakota, Made In South Dakota charges your credit card and passes on payment--minus a commission--to your vendor. For you to get a refund that equals your purchase price plus shipping costs, your vendor must submit a request for a refund to Made In South Dakota.

In any case where a refund is necessary—such as when your vendor does not have any products in inventory and cannot ship, or when you return an item—it is the responsibility of the vendor to request that refund. We provide vendor with a form to request refunds.

Refunds are typically processed within one week of the vendor's request. The funds will be deposited back in your credit card account, and Made In South Dakota will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
