As a native South Dakotan I can honestly say that living in the Midwest is truly far from the maddening crowd. I have moved to a number of other states but always end up coming back home to South Dakota. The environment here lends itself well to the creative mind and helps one see the world in a different light.
My artwork reflects back on this calming atmosphere where one can enjoy nature as it was intended.
Where one can actually see the night sky and count the stars and where one can think of all living things no matter how big or how small.
